Bileşim International embodies a 25-operator (this number can go up if desired) CATI (Computer Aided Telephone Interviews) station within its premises. The station can also be used as a Call Center and serves with an optional, free phone line.
The primary purpose of the CATI station is realizing and reporting marketing research in the fastest and most comprehensive way. Within the CATI system, there is software on various areas such as preparing an electronic survey form, survey flow, data analysis and reporting Thanks to this software, it is possible to organize survey results very fast.
Furthermore, since the survey forms are completely monitored by the software, the margin of error is minimized. All 25 lines in the system can be listened to and monitored by a supervisor. An average of 3000 surveys are conducted every week.
